I like the product and have ordered in the past but this will be last time I order from this company. I ordered 800 masks and only received a package containing 500. I emailed customer service and was told that shipping weighs the masks and that the weight was correct. Really can't believe that was it problem solved. I responded back " so they can never make a mistake?" No response after that. Again I wouldn't stoop this low to try and scam for these masks that I can get at a lower price elsewhere. I believe in supporting American companies especially smaller companies and have never scammed/cheated any seller online.

Great product. This was my second order of the blue 3 ply mask. This order I bought as Christmas gifts and to know if I buy them and my parents and kids will wear them faithfully was enough to make me order again. To find a mask that works for everyone in my family is amazing. I’ve bought cloth mask and we all go back to the Stratton ones. I have yet to find one that breaks at the ear piece. The KN95 five layer mask fits nicely so my glasses don't fog.
It is light and easy to breathe through, but fits closely, much better
than the 3 layer surgical masks. I can easily forget I'm wearing it,
