What's covered by my warranty?
Stratton Essential Supply proudly guarantees the quality and performance of our products. Your warranty covers the following:
- Items with defects in materials or workmanship may be replaced at our discretion for the practical lifetime of the product. Maximum of 90 days from purchase date.
- Missing and incorrect items of this order.
- If a package arrives with considerable damage with photo proof to support team.
What's not covered by my warranty?
- Breakdown caused by accidental damage, misuse, wear and tear, or intentional physical damage.
- Tampered and/or misuse causing faults of the product.
- You don’t like the item you ordered (disappointment in the material, fit, size etc.)
When does my plan start?
Your warranty starts the day you purchase your product and continues for the term indicated on your order confirmation email.
